Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band based mostly out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is created from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his youth buddy, Spencer Smiths (drums), such as their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their music, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) through his LiveJournal webpage. Impressed by using the band, Wentz in my opinion met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance.
